What is V4Mirai?

V4Mirai is the first English-speaking focused VTuber project released by Brave group US.
The vision of the project is ‘Creating Our Mirai (future), Creating Our World’ and it aims to provide excitement to people all over the world by delivering projects that feel a little further into the future and utilizing technology to realize Brave group’s mission of ‘Strike wonder in 8 billion hearts’ and to provide inspiration to people all over the world.

V4Mirai Booth

The booth for the English-focused VTuber project “V4Mirai” attracted a large number of fans. It featured panel displays of the members and merchandise sales.

Additionally, the Meet & Greet held at the booth featured daily appearances from Lunalia’s Alias Anono, Voltail’s Terra 404, and Petalight’s Yae Yugiri and Mono Monet.

The Meet & Greet is an opportunity for fans to talk directly with the talents and take two-shot photos at the venue. On the final day, Mono Monet’s Meet & Greet even featured a live DJ set performance by Mono herself. Fans who rushed to see it enjoyed dancing and waving their penlights on the spot! The sight of the booth suddenly turning into a dance floor is something not often seen in Japan. The space was filled with the glittering lights of penlights, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere. It was a moment that truly captured the community spirit of ALA.

Panel Discussion guest

Among the attendees at ALA, there are some who are not yet familiar with VTubers. For this reason, a panel session titled “Explore the world of VTubeing with V4Mirai” was held, featuring members of V4Mirai.

Active VTubers Yae Yugiri, Mono Monet, Dr. NOVA(e), and Alias Anono from V4Mirai took the stage. They explained and introduced the fun and appeal of being a VTuber in an easy-to-understand way, engaging in dialogue with the audience.

For those who were not yet familiar with VTubers, this conversation with four active talents surely made the world of VTubing feel a little more accessible. This too was a project that cherished the close-knit community feel of ALA.

3D Concert

At the main stage, the Grand Ball room, V4Mirai held a 3D concert lasting about two hours! Following last year’s joint performance with VShojo, this marked V4Mirai’s second appearance on the main stage.
V4Mirai’s second-wave talent Mono Monet kicked things off with a DJ set as the opening act, just as she did at the Meet & Greet, firing up the crowd and warming up the floor!

Once the concert began, the venue erupted with excitement! We felt the passionate enthusiasm of the local fans, with some holding up panels and others performing WOTAGEI (energetic fan dancing), filling the venue with the colors of countless penlights. It was a true live concert experience!

Additionally, the popular VTuber “Bao The Whale”, who has over 900,000 YouTube subscribers, appeared as a special guest. This was the first time V4Mirai and Bao had performed together since the Oshi Live 3D Christmas Concert. When Bao the Whale took the stage, the audience area transformed into a sea of blue penlights!

The concert concluded with an electrifying performance by all members of Voltail, who sang their group song, “Round1! Start!! feat. Voltail.” The show ended on a high note with a powerful performance that was both intense and cool, perfectly embodying Voltail’s style.

Collaboration with “tsun scoops” Ice Cream Shop

Furthermore, a collaboration with the California-based ice cream shop “tsun scoops” was held to coincide with ALA.

“tsun scoops” is an ice cream shop that has collaborated with various anime, games, and VTubers, such as SHIROBAKO The Movie and Shugo Chara!

For the V4Mirai collaboration, the shop was decorated with items like autographed panels.
Special flavors inspired by V4Mirai’s units were also sold with a custom cup and spoon.

Collaboration Period: Saturday, January 11 – Sunday, January 19, 2025
※As of the publication of this article, the collaboration has ended.
