ENILIS Inc.
ENILIS Inc. was established in April 2023 as a subsidiary of Brave group Inc. In January 2025, the company acquired brossom Inc. as a subsidiary, followed by a formal merger in April of the same year. In May 2025, it launched the new ENILIS VLiver Project. By leveraging the strengths of both VTuber and VLiver business models, ENILIS Inc. is rapidly scaling its operations.

Uniraid!: An Isekai VTuber Project Forged by Three Guilds in Collaboration
Uniraid! is a VTuber project with an “Isekai x VTuber” concept, operating as a “co-creation” project where content and worldview are built together with fans.
The first guild, EINS, debuted in April 2024, followed by the second guild, ZWEI, in November 2024. In August 2025, the third guild, LIEMEL, made its debut. A total of 18 members engage in daily streaming while expanding into various media, including anime and manga that utilize the Isekai concept.
About EINS
EINS is a guild active in a kingdom characterized by a castle-centric cityscape surrounded by rich natural beauty. Members with diverse personalities and backgrounds collaborate to achieve their individual goals.

About ZWEI
ZWEI is a guild operating in a demi-human nation where a fantastical World Tree stands tall. They formed the guild to save the weakening World Tree and are all traveling together to discover the cause.

About LIEMEL
LIEMEL is a guildcity floating in the sky. Known for its bustling markets and airship docking bays as a major transportation hub, members with hidden ambitions support one another while chasing their dreams.

The ENILIS VLiver Project: Home to Three VLiver Labels
In May 2025, with the vision of “providing more people with a place to take a new step forward,” the new ENILIS VLiver Project was launched, establishing the VLiver labels brossom, SYNTHE and LELOMO. Since 2023, ENILIS has been developing VLiver and VTuber businesses, boasting a track record of managing over 200 virtual talents. Leveraging the production and management expertise cultivated thus far, ENILIS provides support tailored to various goals, whether it’s aspiring to become a top VLiver, debuting as a VTuber, or wishing to continue streaming activities long-term.
