ENILIS Inc.
ENILIS Inc. was established in April 2023 as a subsidiary of Brave group. In April 2025, it absorbed and merged MateReal Inc. and brossom Inc., and in May of the same year, integrated its six existing VLiver labels. This led to the launch of the new ENILIS VLiver Project, comprising three new VLiver labels. By leveraging the strengths of operating both VLiver and VTuber projects, ENILIS is significantly expanding its business scale.

Vlash: A 2.5 Dimension VTuber Project Active in Both Virtual and Real Worlds
Launched in October 2023, Vlash is a 2.5 Dimension VTuber project that operates across both virtual and real dimensions. The project’s core theme is to expand the possibilities for its talents to thrive “as themselves” by offering content in both virtual and real-world settings. In addition to gaming and chat streams, Vlash is actively pursuing initiatives that provide value in the real world, such as live events planned by the talents themselves, going beyond the traditional virtual space.
During a collaborative event with the digital amusement park RED° TOKYO TOWER, held from June 1 to June 30, 2024, Vlash showcased its unique approach by having talents reveal their real faces and enjoy interactions with fans in the real space.
In May 2025, two new members debuted, bringing the current total of active members to nine: Shukuri Kagamia, Choco Hoshimiya, Neco Kamiya, China Tsukigami, Lima Hinata, Mera Kozima, Yona Kyui, Musubu Kokorode, and Miru Awasuzu.

Uniraid!: An Isekai VTuber Project Forged by Two Guilds in Collaboration
Uniraid! is a VTuber project with an “Isekai x VTuber” concept, operating as a “co-creation” project where content and worldview are built together with fans. The first guild EINS debuted in April 2024, followed by the second guild ZWEI in November 2024. With a total of 12 members, they engage in daily streaming activities and develop various content, including anime and manga, leveraging their otherworldly concept.
About EINS
EINS is a guild active in a kingdom characterized by a castle-centric cityscape surrounded by rich natural beauty. Members with diverse personalities and backgrounds collaborate to achieve their individual goals.

About ZWEI
ZWEI is a guild operating in a demi-human nation where a fantastical World Tree stands tall. They formed the guild to save the weakening World Tree and are all traveling together to discover the cause.

“Colorful Stories to Share with You.”: Palette Project, Virtual Idols
Palette Project, a virtual idol group that joined ENILIS through a merger in April 2025, operates under the theme, “Colorful Stories to Share with You.” The group’s predecessor, a three-member virtual idol unit named Alt!! debuted in August 2018, conducting YouTube streams and both online and offline live performances. In September 2019, to further broaden their activities, new members were welcomed, and the unit was updated to Palette Project.
In September 2020, they released their first group dance music video for their 1st single, “Kimi ga Iru Kara.” Since then, spin-off units from Palette Project have emerged, including the metal-themed unit REGALILIA, the city-pop unit Sputrip and the orthodox idol unit RouteHeart, all of which are actively performing.
In May 2024, Palette Project announced their new trainees and released their first original animated promotional video. Currently, there are seven official members and seven trainees.

The ENILIS VLiver Project: Home to Three VLiver Labels
In May 2025, with the vision of “providing more people with a place to take a new step forward,” the new ENILIS VLiver Project was launched, establishing the VLiver labels brossom, SYNTHE and LELOMO. Since 2023, ENILIS has been developing VLiver and VTuber businesses, boasting a track record of managing over 200 virtual talents. Leveraging the production and management expertise cultivated thus far, ENILIS provides support tailored to various goals, whether it’s aspiring to become a top VLiver, debuting as a VTuber, or wishing to continue streaming activities long-term.
